What this site collects. If you use the contact form or email me, I receive what you send: your name, email address, and message. That's it. This site runs no analytics trackers and no advertising scripts, and it sets no marketing cookies.

What happens to it. Your message comes to my inbox so I can reply. I don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone, and you won't be added to any mailing list by contacting me.

Hosting. This site is served by Cloudflare, which — like any web host — processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which likewise sees a standard web request when the font files are fetched — no other third party is involved.

Client documents. Tax documents are never collected through this website. When we work together, documents are exchanged through a secure channel I'll set up with you — please don't attach sensitive documents or include Social Security numbers in the contact form or an initial email.

Client confidentiality. Beyond this website, tax return information is protected by federal law, including Internal Revenue Code §7216, which restricts what tax preparers may do with your information. Confidentiality isn't a courtesy here; it's a legal obligation I take seriously.
