Services

Straightforward pricing, quoted up front once I've seen what your return involves. If something below sounds like your situation, reach out and we'll talk it through.

  • 01

    Individual tax preparation

Federal and state returns for W-2 earners, self-employed filers, landlords, and investors. Multi-state filings, equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, ESPPs), rental schedules, and state-specific items — like Massachusetts Schedule B adjustments — handled correctly.

  • 02

    S & C corporation returns (1120-S, 1120)

Full preparation including shareholder K-1s, reasonable compensation considerations, basis tracking, and state filings. For C corporations, that includes an honest look at whether the structure still fits — for many small corporations, an S election saves real money.

  • 03

    Partnership returns (1065)

Partnership and multi-member LLC returns with partner K-1s, capital account reporting, and multi-state allocations.

  • 04

    Trust & estate returns

Fiduciary income tax returns (1041) and the beneficiary reporting that flows from them.

  • 05

    Entity setup & S elections

Deciding between sole proprietorship, LLC, and corporation — and when an S election actually saves you money versus adds paperwork. I'll walk you through incorporation, EIN registration, and election timing.

  • 06

    Tax planning

Year-round, not just April. Estimated payment schedules, withholding checkups, retirement contribution strategy, and planning around big events — a business sale, a move between states, a new venture.

  • 07

    IRS & state representation

Notices, penalty abatement, payment plans, and examinations. Enrolled Agents are federally licensed with unlimited practice rights before the IRS — the same representation rights as CPAs and attorneys.

Not sure what you need?

That's normal — most people aren't. Send me a short note about your situation and I'll tell you plainly what's involved and what it would cost — a flat fee, quoted up front. The conversation itself is free.
